All work in the vineyards and cellar is done meticulously by hand. Only perfectly mature, carefully selected grapes are harvested into 20 kilo cassettes. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled vats, the must is pumped over and manually punched down. The wine matures for 18 months in 225 liter French oak, and ages in bottles for a minimum of 6 months.

2020 was an outstanding year for grape growing. The winter and spring were mild, with abundant rainfall that helped the plants overcome the hot and dry summer. Cool summer evenings preserved grape acidity with alte August rains refreshing the vines. September saw temperatures perfect for grape ripening and aromas.
