From the gravel soils of our Le Puyol vineyard in heart of La Livinière cru. 70-year-old bush vines. Hand-picked and destemmed, taking only the free run juice with a fast maceration time, fermented in steel tank and then matured in concrete large vessels. A lighter juicier style of Grenache than previous years, more akin to a full Pinot Noir wine in texture, but with the typical spiced notes one would expect of Grenache.
