This beautiful rosé is made from one south/south-east facing clay, chalky parcel in Sancerre. 100% Pinot Noir, these vines are 20 years old and the grapes undergo whole grape pressing, with a delicate extraction of the juice. François has been in love with this terroir, the vineyards and land of his family since he was young. He never wondered what his future job would be, and needed only to follow his heart to the vines.

They are harvested by hand after daily analysis of the juice and tastings of both grapes in juice, to determine perfect maturity.
