Owners Christine and Mark Barth see themselves and their vineyard team as working hand-in-hand with nature in their journey to producing wonderful sparkling wines. Barth prides itself on combining tradition and innovation; its modern wine shop stands above a treasure trove of mature wines, a state-of-the-art cellar contains old wooden barrels, and the latest cellar technology stands side-by-side with traditional riddling pupitres.

NV Sekt Pinot Blanc Brut
The admirer: it swirls with its fine perlage and powerful floral-vinous aromas to the nose. The refreshing quince is joined by white flowers. On the palate, the Pinot Blanc sparkling wine transforms this playful power into deep and long intensity with fine vanilla. The yeast aging gives structure and creamy melt without overpowering the typicality of the grape variety. 6.0g/l
 
NV Sekt Pinot Rosé Brut
The seducer: wraps sparkling wine enthusiasts around its little finger with berry-fresh lightness. On the palate, one senses creamy red currant meringue with a hint of mint. Carried on fine bubbles and surrounded by refreshing acidity, it floats by like a cloud of aromas, still swirled by a hearty, salty breeze that lends depth to the aromatic composition. 6.4g/l
 
NV Sekt Riesling Brut
The whirlwind: light, flirty and cheerful, this sparkling wine knows how to trigger storms of enthusiasm, especially among Riesling lovers. It carries the grape variety on pearls: aromas of lime, apricot, yellow fruits paired with refreshingly fine acidity know how to charm - but in their strait manner do not leave a millimeter of space for kitsch.
