A lively and elegant sparkling wine with a vivacious and minute perlage. Typical fresh and fruity scent with considerable intensity. Palate is dry with a subtle sweetness, marvelously complemented by a pleasant acidity. 
100% Glera. Production area of San Pietro di Feletto at an altitude of 150-250m above sea level.
 
NV Wiston Brut
A refreshing, elegant and complete sparkling wine, with a fine complex finish that combines youthful purity of crisp green apples and ripe lemons with richer, mature characters from extended lees-aging. Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier in equal parts, this beautifully balanced wine is a fantastic expression of the Wiston house style.
A traditional blend of Chardonnay (34%), Pinot Noir (33% ), and Pinot Meunier (33%). From South Downs, West Sussex.
