Intense, fresh nose dominated by citrus fruits and white flowers. Delicate, fresh and fruity on the palate and finishing with a touch of minerality.

Viticulture and Winemaking: Old terraces of the Rhône with clay and limestone soils. Harvested between the 5th and 15th of September. Harvesting was carried out early in the mornings to avoid the heat of the day and maintain freshness of the grapes. Vinified at a low temperature (12-15°C) in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks.
