2024 St. John Beausoleil Rosé
St JOHN’s easy-going rosé is just the thing for a year-round taste of sunshine. It’s the restaurant’s very own blend of Merlot, Caladoc and Grenache IGP Thau.
A pale rosé with a touch of salinity, flavours of strawberry and raspberry, and balanced, refreshing acidity. The last word in pale, delicate lunchtime drinking!
Winemaking: Grapes are harvested at night at 12.5° ripeness. Direct draining while filling the pneumatic press. Juice selection and 48-hour settling at 8°C. Followed by temperature controlled fermentation at 15°C, and ageing in vats.

Originally created by the owners of the famous Smithfield Bar and Restaurant in London, England to supply quality wines under their own label ‘St. JOHN Wines’. The owners purchased a winery in southwest France and worked closely with passionate local vignerons in the town of La Liviniere, to produce small-production quality wines.
Boulevard Napoléon is the old name for the street outside the winery and 2011 was the first vintage for the winery.
