Our Longer Evenings Mixed Case brings together three structured reds selected for balance, persistence, and food affinity. Each wine offers depth and length on the palate - not in excess, but in refinement. These are bottles built for dinners that linger, conversations that deepen, and moments that don’t rush.

Agricola Molino - Barbera d'Asti Loreto 2024 from Italy
From the Loreto subzone in the commune of Costigliole d’Asti, this Barbera is grown on clay-limestone soils at 280 metres above sea level.
Harvest takes place in the first ten days of October, with slight over-ripening to soften the grape’s naturally pronounced polyphenolic structure. The result is a wine of both generosity and refinement.
Intense ruby red in colour, the nose is persistent with notes of spring flowers and wild berries. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied and balanced - Barbera’s naturally vibrant acidity carrying flavour seamlessly into a clean, lingering finish.
Bodegas Moraza - Rioja Alta Tempranillo 2022 from Spain
From Rioja Alta, grown on clay and limestone soils at 400–650m elevation, this 100% Tempranillo is certified organic and biodynamic.
The 2022 vintage was very warm and dry, with harvest beginning August 27 — the earliest ever for Rioja Alta — allowing the team to capture freshness and fine acidity.
Spontaneously fermented in concrete and aged one year in concrete tanks, the wine remains pure and transparent in expression 2022 Moraza Tempranillo. Light red in colour with red fruit and subtle spice notes, it is fresh and elegant, with savoury structure and lift.
Château Les Maurinières - Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux 2022 from France
From 5 hectares of organically farmed vineyards on clay and limestone soils, with vines averaging 30 years of age.
A classic blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, fermented with natural yeasts and vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel with long vatting (one month).
Deep red garnet in colour, the nose shows ripe fruits, wild berries, and crushed strawberries. On the palate, it is full yet balanced, with ripe fruit and hints of cherry pit. The structure provides gentle persistence without heaviness.
