The Wiston Estate has been owned and managed by the Goring family since 1743. Its 6,000 acres straddle the chalky slopes of the South Downs and the flat clay soils of the Weald.

 

Winemaker, Dermot Sugrue works together with the team to produce our award-winning English Sparkling Wines. His unwavering commitment to purity and expressing terroir has led wine legend, Steven Spurrier, to describe him as “the best winemaker in England.”
