St. JOHN Bordeaux Blanc reveals an intense and complex bouquet, marked by a vibrant aromatic profile. It opens with expressive notes of white blossoms and exotic fruits, showcasing remarkable freshness. Brilliant straw-yellow.

On the palate, the wine is well-structured and harmonious, combining the lively acidity of Sémillon with a subtle, toasty aromatic length. The persistent finish confirms the wine’s balance and elegance.

Harvested at optimal ripeness, all pre-fermentation tasks are carried out with the
use of carbon dioxide gas to protect the grapes from oxidation. It is then settled, and following fermentation, the wine is aged on lees for 2-3 months until the wine has become the desired richness and complexity.
