Brut / Prosecco Treviso DOC
 
A lively and elegant sparkling wine with a vivacious and minute perlage. Typical fresh and fruity scent with considerable intensity. Palate is dry with a subtle sweetness, marvelously complemented by a pleasant acidity. 
 
Grape: 100% Glera
 
Region: Production area of San Pietro di Feletto at an altitude of 150-250m above sea level.
 
Viticulture and Winemaking: Land is entirely cultivated by hand. Pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation in steel tanks and at least four months on the lees. Second fermentation in the Martinotti (Charmat) method.
