Sindicat La Figuera is a red wine produced in the town of La Figuera in the D.O Montsant. This is a project that aims to rejuvenate production that was carried out by the winery in the 70’s.
The old Garnacha vines used are between 30 and 80 years old. The vinification process is carried out using traditional methods in underground cement vats. The wine is aged for 8 months in the same vats
A fresh and fruity red wine, it is ideally served at 14ºC.
